  • We know how busy you are so created a program that can ge you MAXIMUM results with MINIMAL time. You will only need about 15 minutes a week plus the breathwork sessions themselves which happen each week. The first week is 20 minutes, then we gradually increase up to a 60 minute session.

  • Yes, this is crafted for beginners all the way up to advanced breathwork participants. Weather you’ve never done breathwork before or your a seasoned pro, you will see amazing results.

  • Yes. Sorry pregnant mamas, these are too intense for the delicate time frame you’re in. Breathwork is not advised for people with a history of cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, high blood pressure, retinal detachment, severe mental illness, schizophrenia, seizure disorders (message me if pregnant because there are more gentle methods that are great for you + baby)

  • We breathe too much, which causes hyperventilation, cardiovascular health issues and triggers our stress response.
