Be Still Breathwork was created to help stressed out & depleted mothers all around the world. Stress is at an all time high and mental health services are severely lacking for mothers.

Maternal mental health has become inaccessible due to the lack of support we receive or the astronomical price of living right now. and you’ve got yourself a recipe for burnout.

Our children are suffering the consequences.

From sleepless nights - to having no outside help with 3 (now currently 4) young children I was constantly in a state of overwhelm and exhaustion. It was drastically contributing to the state of my mental health.

I was burntout, SO TIRED all the time and just felt like I was failing. I was overreacting and having outbursts and slowly becoming a mom that I did not want to be.

I began using breathwork as the main tool in my healing journey and can confidently say my day to day life is enjoyable again.

I know what it feels like to overreact, to yell-then to feel that deep guilt that comes afterwards. I have been there too & I hope you feel less alone in knowing one simple fact…you’re a good mom, you’re not broken.

QUALIFICATIONS

I received my certification in holistic wellness coaching through Institute of Integrative Nutrition and am a Nationally Recognized Certified Breathwork Facilitator through the ACCPH & CPD.

Methods

At Be Still Breathwork we combine unique breathwork techniques alongside therapeutic music allowing you to relax and go deeper while having fun at the same time.

Breathing technique

Rhythmical breathing is the foundation we work on making the other techniques we use that much more effective. Be Still Breathwork incorporates these breathing techniques alongside other widely studied methods such as NLP or self-hypnosis which deliver incredibly healing experiences.
