Why i do

As a mother, I choose to practice breathwork because it is a very quick and powerful tool that nourishes my mind, body, and soul. In the busy chaos of parenting, breathwork allows me to reclaim moments of stillness and cultivate a deep sense of presence.

It becomes my anchor amidst the waves of daily responsibilities, offering me a sanctuary where I can reconnect with my inner self. Through conscious, intentional breathing, I am able to release stress, anxiety, and any negative emotions that may arise, allowing me to show up fully for my children with patience, kindness, and love.

Breathwork teaches me the importance of self-care, self-exploration, and self-compassion, reminding me that by tending to my own well-being, I can better nurture the well-being of my children. It is a beautiful practice that empowers me to find balance, cultivate inner peace, and tap into my intuition as a mother
